What it costs, in full. One licence covers your whole organisation. It is priced on vehicles — the vehicles on your licence — not on how many people log in.

A vehicle is anything you hold maintenance and inspection records against — one registration, one PMI history, one defect record. The licence covers 50 of them, with unlimited users, drivers and records inside those. Trailers counted separately on your licence count separately here, because that is how an examiner will read them.

Vehicles beyond the included 50 are £45 each per year, added at any point and charged pro-rata to your renewal date — so putting five vehicles on the road in month nine does not cost a full year for three months of use.

No. Users are unlimited on every licence. A defect report is worth having because the driver who found the defect filed it, and charging per head is how firms end up with one office login and a paper book in the cab.

Yes. Card is the default at checkout because it is the fastest route to being live the same day. If your finance process needs an invoice or a PO reference, get in touch before you buy and we will raise one.

The licence renews annually at the price in force when you renew, and we write to you before that date with the figure. Cancel automatic renewal any time before it and you will not be charged again — fees already paid for the current term are not refunded, which is set out in full in the refund policy.

Your records stay yours. Export them at any time while the licence is active — inspection sheets, defect history, driver records and their evidence. Maintenance records have a retention period you are responsible for meeting, so export produces a complete copy rather than a summary.
